About Me
Therapy That Gets Real—And Gets Results
I’m here to help you sort through the hard stuff, find your footing, and feel like yourself again—even if you’re not totally sure who that is right now.
Why I Do This Work
I didn’t set out to be a therapist. In fact, I remember saying I’d never do this work. But life has a way of calling us into roles we never expected—especially when we realize just how powerful healing can be when it’s done right.
After years of working in medical social work, surviving my own crash course in postpartum depression, and swearing I was done with therapy for good... I came back. Not because I had to. But because I couldn’t ignore how badly this kind of support is needed—and how much better it can be.
Now, I offer therapy for women navigating one of the most disorienting and demanding transitions of their lives. If you’re feeling off balance, emotionally drained, or quietly questioning everything, this is a space to lay it all down, say the quiet stuff out loud, and begin making sense of what’s changed—and what hasn’t.
My Therapeutic Style
I’m warm, honest, and not afraid to roll up my sleeves. I’ll tell you the truth gently but clearly. I’ll help you name the things you’ve been afraid to say out loud. And I’ll never expect you to be anyone but exactly who you are.
You can expect a mix of structure, laughter, curiosity, evidence-based techniques, and the occasional well-placed metaphor (I can’t help myself). This is work that’s deep but doable. Serious but never cold. Grounded, flexible, and 100% focused on what actually helps.
We can be real here.

How I Work
I use a combination of proven therapies—including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Work, and Solution-Focused approaches—to support women navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum mental health, parenting struggles, and trauma.
I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a powerful modality that helps process trauma quickly and gently—without having to retell every painful detail. I was skeptical at first, but after experiencing ART myself, I was all in. Now, it’s one of the most effective tools I offer for moms who feel stuck, triggered, or just want to feel more like themselves again—fast.
Therapy with me is about practical tools, personalized care, and healing work that fits into the reality of your life.
You’re worth caring for.

Beyond Baby Blues
Expecting? Congratulations. But let’s be frank—planning for diapers and sleep schedules often doesn’t prepare you for what’s happening in your brain. Beyond Baby Blues is a free masterclass that walks you through what postpartum depression actually is, how to spot the warning signs early, and what to do before you’re caught in the emotional storm.
This class offers clear, real talk about red flags, risk-reduction tools, and how to build mental preparedness before baby arrives. Whether this is your first or your third baby, you’ll leave with a plan and the kind of confidence that doesn’t depend on just gritting your way through it.
